Networking with our Colleagues (Other REALTORS) adds HUGE value for our Clients


Our commitment to engage within the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and the Williamson County Association of Realtors is undoubtedly one of our most effective marketing tools.  We are very active in all of the membership functions and consistently keep in touch with other "Top Producers" in our area.

Principal Broker Barry Owen has initiated and facilitates 2 Principal Broker gatherings for the Leaders in the local REALTOR community to talk about important issues and opportunities we Brokers are facing in this fast paced housing market. The "Small Broker Roundtable" happens bi-monthly, and the "Principal Broker Consortium" monthly. Barry also serves as an "Ombudsman" to help resolve Grievance complaints, is very active on the "Professional Development Committee", Serves on the Grievance Committee, and serves on the RealTracs Advisory Committee.   


What we consistently offer to co-operating agents is that, while insuring that our clients receive the absolute best representation, we make it very easy for them to do business with us. 

This helps you in the negotiating of your terms and conditions because we have already established rapport with many agents who will represent “the other side” of our negotiation.

Our goal continues to be to reduce your anxiety by selling your house in the least amount of market time at the optimal terms for you. In this fast-paced market, homes are selling very quickly. Often, buyers are disappointed by missing the opportunity to even view a home simply because they are not aware it is on the market. 


We are members of various "networking groups." Our participation in these groups keeps us informed of “goings on” in Nashville to help us anticipate any effects there might be on the real estate market. One such group is a “Consortium” we organize Weekly.


And finally . . . We send a regular weekly email message to @ 500 of the top producing real estate agents in Middle Tennessee. Each of these emails highlights our current listings, listings “coming soon,” and current buyer client needs.
